📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of event execution, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site supervision.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and contracts using industry-standard software like Microsoft Project and QuickBooks.
• Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage event budgets, including vendor invoices and client payments.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance event production standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and ensure high-quality event delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event production, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-profile events.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
