📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and bookkeepers.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Ensure the integrity and security of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Proven track record of success in managing accounting functions.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
