📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streams on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, engaging with the audience in real-time.
• Promote and showcase our premium products with enthusiasm and charisma, driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries during live streams, ensuring a positive and satisfying customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and e-commerce.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, including live stream planning and promotion.
• Provide feedback on product quality and customer satisfaction to the product development team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to live streaming and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and sales techniques.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming tools such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and TikTok Live.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
