📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the asphalt QC laboratory.
  • Manage and train a team of laboratory technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct quality control tests and inspections on asphalt materials.
  • Analyze test results and provide reports to the management team.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the laboratory.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QC laboratory, preferably in the asphalt industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ASTM and AASHTO standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
