📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations.,Monitor and maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Support the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Assist in the management of operational budgets and resources.,Conduct regular operational audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.,Assist in the training and development of operational staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations department.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
