📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main tutor in planning and delivering educational programs.,Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.,Provide one-on-one support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.,Collaborate with the main tutor to develop and implement new training initiatives.,Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of the training curriculum.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms.Ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Experience with data analysis and reporting.Commitment to continuous professional development.
