📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure efficient and timely transportation of goods and personnel.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents promptly and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in fleet management.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members as needed.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement fleet management strategies and goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
