📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
• Checking in and out guests, and managing front desk operations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing documents.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
• Handling and resolving guest complaints and concerns.
• Providing information about the company and its services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office software and technology.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
