📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and reservations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee daily housekeeping tasks, including room inspections, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready for new guests.
• Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
• Assist with inventory management for front desk supplies and housekeeping materials.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using front desk management software such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries and concerns.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
