📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Administration of employee records and benefits,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends,Ability to work well in a team and independently
