📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis,Strong leadership and mentoring skills,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus
