📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product development and marketing activities to support sales efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
