Hokian Yoga Electronics is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about employee development and eager to make a difference. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of employees and the organization.,Identify training needs through assessments and feedback.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development activities into the work environment.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reference checks.,Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems and training software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
