Sentral Rama Electronics is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and a competitive salary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
