Salon Vera Cafe & Coffee is looking for a passionate and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our operations from anywhere in Indonesia. We are offering a competitive salary, and we are open to negotiation based on your experience and qualifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the café.,Manage the café's budget and financial records.,Train and develop new staff members to ensure they are up to date with our operations and customer service standards.,Monitor and improve the café's performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Work closely with the café's management team to ensure that all aspects of the café are running efficiently.,Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise in the café.,Ensure that the café's physical space is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of café operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation and discipline.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and café industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
