📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure the profitability of the restaurant.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and financial reporting software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
