Satellite Office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Global Sourcing Coordinator to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for a 50K completion bonus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our global procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with international standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize global procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier relationships.,Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with international standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in global procurement.,Provide training and support to junior sourcing team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in global procurement or sourcing roles.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing procurement processes.,Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance standards.,Experience with procurement software and systems is a plus.
