Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement a strategic plan for the spa, including marketing, sales, and operations.,Manage and motivate a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality products and services.,Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.,Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences to network and stay current with industry trends.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
