📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the store.,Manage customer relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
