📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring targets are met.,Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance.,Managing and resolving employee issues and conflicts.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Planning and organizing work schedules and resources.,Implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in managing and developing a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
