📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily farm operations, including feeding, health monitoring, and animal welfare.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for livestock production and sustainability.
• Manage and maintain farm equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and other stakeholders to address animal health issues and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor and report on farm performance, including productivity, profitability, and environmental impact.
• Train and mentor farm staff on best practices in animal husbandry and sustainability.
• Participate in industry conferences and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in livestock farming or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of animal husbandry, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Proficiency in using farm management software, such as AgriSoft, FarmLogs, or similar.
• Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices and certifications, such as ISO 14001 or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to travel and work in remote farm locations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
