📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Foster employee engagement and create a positive work environment.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
