🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the BAS cabling industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to BAS cabling.
