📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to UMKM entrepreneurs, helping them navigate business challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies tailored to each entrepreneur's unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate digital transformation by introducing and supporting the use of digital tools and platforms, such as e-commerce, accounting software, and business analytics.
• Conduct financial literacy workshops and training sessions to help entrepreneurs manage their finances effectively.
• Assist entrepreneurs in accessing funding and financial resources, such as microloans, grants, and government programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of supported UMKM, providing regular feedback and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions to share with entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement UMKM development programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the UMKM sector and the challenges faced by local entrepreneurs.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with entrepreneurs.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms commonly used by UMKM, such as e-commerce, accounting software, and business analytics.
• Knowledge of financial management and literacy, including budgeting, financial planning, and accessing funding.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
