📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead emergency response efforts in underground mining environments, ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel and the integrity of mining operations.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, first aid protocols, and crisis management strategies.
• Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to ensure the preparedness of the ERT team and the broader workforce.
• Monitor and assess emergency situations, providing real-time updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mining engineers, safety officers, and emergency management specialists, to enhance safety standards and practices.
• Utilize advanced safety equipment and software, such as MineSafety, MineRescue, and ERT Management Systems, to support emergency response efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in underground mining safety.
• Provide expert advice and support to the management team on safety-related matters, contributing to the overall success of the mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency response and safety management in underground mining environments.
• Certification as an Emergency Response Team (ERT) Officer or equivalent, such as the Certified Emergency Response Professional (CERP) certification.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the mining industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing emergency response plans and safety protocols.
