📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
Foster employee engagement and create a positive work environment.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
