📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute all aspects of order processing, including order entry, verification, and fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders using our in-house order management system.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to order processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all order processing activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, retail operations, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
