As a Branch Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits of financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations, and identifying potential risks that could impact the financial health of the branch. You will work closely with branch managers and staff to implement corrective actions and improve internal controls.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Identify and assess potential risks that could impact the financial health of the branch.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to branch managers, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with branch managers and staff to implement corrective actions and improve internal controls.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of branch financial statements and other reporting requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to branch staff on financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing, internal auditing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
