As our Corporate Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal landscape of XCMG Indonesia. You will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with local and international laws. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to advise on legal matters, draft and review contracts, and ensure that all legal processes are in line with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to the management team and other departments.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Manage legal risks and liabilities for the company.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Stay updated with legal developments and trends in the construction and heavy equipment industry.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all legal processes are in line with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal practice, preferably in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and ContractWorks.
• Certification in legal practice or a related field is a plus.
