As a Waiter/Waitress at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, you will be the face of our dining service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. You’ll work closely with our culinary team to create memorable dining experiences, handling orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at our dining outlets, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of food and beverage presentation and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using our POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food service tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
